QUICKmed prioritizes your convenience even when you leave our clinic. You have the option to pay your bill through an online patient portal! No need for stamps, checks, envelopes, or trips to the post office!

It’s convenient, just like the care we provide!

The online bill pay portal allows you to communicate with QUICKmed Urgent Care safely and confidently. By using the online bill pay portal, you’ll be able to:

  • View your billing statement and balance.
  • Make secure credit card payments.
  • Send messages and billing inquiries.

On your behalf and for your convenience, QUICKmed will verify your coverage either before or during your visit and bill your insurance company directly for the services we provide. Please note, that most insurance plans require that you make a co-payment at the time you received medical services.

Once we’ve heard back from your insurance provider, we’ll send you a statement that details the remaining balance.

You’ll also receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company that lists the services provided by QUICKmed, the amount billed, any insurance payments made, and your responsibility.

When you check-in, our friendly staff will help you register if you’re a new patient or if any of your current information has changed since your last visit such as insurance or address.

Please make sure to bring your health insurance card to your visit, along with ID, any secondary insurance information, if applicable.

We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid
IMPORTANT NOTE: Patients should familiarize themselves with their individual coverage. While we accept the majority of insurance plans, most insurers offer multiple coverage levels. If unfamiliar with your coverage level, we recommend calling your insurance company. Insurance contact phone numbers are often listed on the back of your insurance card.
  • Your co-pay or co-insurance will be due at the time of visit, as required by most insurance plans.
  • We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
  • Pricing can be provided in advance for any patients wishing to pay out-of-pocket.
  • We file directly with your insurance company.
  • After your insurance processes the claim, we bill you only if there is a balance (unpaid amount not satisfied by your insurance plan).
  • For patients without insurance, self-pay options and discounts are provided.
