🚨 If This Is an Emergency, Do Not Wait
Call 911 right away — or go to the nearest emergency room — for signs of a life-threatening problem, including:
- Chest pressure, squeezing or pain that lasts more than a few minutes
- Sudden face drooping, arm weakness or slurred speech
- Sudden trouble seeing, walking or keeping your balance
- Serious trouble breathing
- Heavy bleeding that will not stop
- A head injury with confusion, fainting or vomiting
- A seizure, or a person who cannot be woken up
Do not drive yourself. Call 911 so treatment can start on the way.
In emotional crisis or thinking about harming yourself? Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, any hour of the day.

Can't find what you're looking for? That doesn't mean we can't help. Many concerns don't have a tidy name. Walk in and a QUICKmed provider will evaluate you in person. If your concern is better handled elsewhere, we will tell you and help point you in the right direction.

What We Treat by Video or Phone
Some concerns don't require a trip anywhere. A telehealth visit connects you with a QUICKmed provider from home, using your phone, tablet or computer.
- Cold symptoms — cough, runny nose, sore throat
- Fever
- Rash
- Pink eye concerns
- Skin infections
- Blood pressure concerns
- Vomiting
- Asymptomatic COVID-19 questions
- Mental health support
Telehealth works best when a provider can help by talking with you and seeing you on camera. Anything needing an X-ray, a lab sample, stitches or a hands-on exam should be seen in person.

If you were injured at work, tell our front desk when you arrive so your visit is documented correctly for your employer and your claim.
Urgent Care, Primary Care or the ER?
Choosing the right place saves time and money. Here's a plain-language guide:
Short answer: Urgent care is for problems that need attention today but are not emergencies. The emergency room is for anything that could threaten your life, your limb or your eyesight.
Care for Every Age
QUICKmed treats children, teens, adults and older adults. Our YOUcare clinics also bring walk-in care directly into schools, nursing homes, manufacturing sites and government agencies — so students and employees can be seen without leaving the building.
